In the green and blue setting created by the turquoise colour of the swimming-pool, the lust nature and the Greek skies, the shade pergola is the perfect cool corner for savoury delights. When the sun sets, it becomes a romantic spot illuminated by the lit candles and the bright stars of the summer sky.

All dishes are based on our garden’s produce and the certified goods produced by small Greek producers. The idea behind their cooking lies on the simplicity of pure and distinctive flavours of the Mediterranean cuisine.

Light meals, rich salads, tasty snacks and Mediterranean dishes are served throughout the day, including special vegan and vegetarian menus. These are accompanied by a large variety of selected Greek wines and beers of the Greek and Corfiot brewery

Inspired cocktails with branded alcoholic drinks, juices of exotic and local fruits and herbs of the area are offered at all hours. You can enjoy them any time of the day either lying on your sunbed or at the lounge listening to chill-out summer music.
