- Restaurant times breakfast from 08:00 AM to 10:30 AM for bed and breakfast guests and till 14:00 PM for guests paying on the day.
- Lunch is from 12:00 PM to 18:00 PM
- Housekeeping will clean and change the towels every third day and sheets will be changed every fourth day.
- Safety deposit boxes are available for free
- Guests can pay an additional cost of 20 Euros to remain in their room after check out time of 11:00 AM depending on availability.

- We take our guest satisfaction very serious and any complaint or comment regarding your stay should immediately be brought to the attention of the staff so we can attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
- All cancellations must be in accordance with our cancellation terms.
- The charge for no cancellation notice (no show) will be 100%
- Cancellations made with 1-7 days notice will incur a cancellation charge of 30%.
- Cancellations made with 8-15 days notice will incur a cancellation charge of 15%
- Cancellations made with more than 16 days notice will incur no charge.
- Whilst every effort is made to fulfill any special requests which you may have in relation to your stay with us, we cannot unfortunately guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests which you may make and our failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.
- In the unlikely event we may have to amend or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to: 1 accept the changed arrangements as notified, 2 make alternative arrangements with us, 3 cancel your reservation and receive a full refund
- Additional services can be arranged through out your stay at reception for day trips, special occasions and local transport and activities prices upon request.
